  • Due to volume of orders the earliest shipping date will be 7th December.
  • Discount is available for online orders only.
  • No telephone orders will be taken on Black Friday.
  • Discount Or Loyalty Points Codes cannot be backdated to any order already placed.

    N.B. Returns are a considerable expense in both shipping and administration. The 2021 Black Friday promotional prices have been calculated for us to guarantee the lowest prices for all our customers. If you are unsure what you are ordering and may wish to return, it would be better to place your order after the Black Friday sale finishes.

Policy for all orders other than the Black Friday Promotion 

Please carefully read the terms and conditions of our return policy below. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:

Do NOT return anything until you have completed a Returns Request Form then received an authorisation code from us. This code must be added along with your return. 

BREXIT CHANGES

IMPORT TAXES:
Due to Brexit rules that came in to place on the 1st January 2021, there are changes around how we send your products. As a result there are taxes that may be added to your purchase. Your postal service will advise you of any taxes that will be due. Here is how the cost may be worked out:

VAT:
This will be your own country's VAT rate and is added to the total cost of the product including any courier fees.

IMPORT DUTY:

Generally this is estimated at 2% of the purchase price 
Customs Fees - This will change per country however is usually between €12 and €20
 

RETURNS
As valued customers we recognise that sometimes, it's just not quite right. Therefore if you are not satisfied in anyway you may return your products using a trackable service. However, any import fees incurred by Valentine Wigs will be deducted from your original payment. We urge all our EU customers to be completely confident with their style and colour before making a purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns for Ellen Wille and Gisela Mayer - each product will incur a restocking fee due to the customs charges back to the EU.  This charge is £15 per wig (inc VAT) for wigs less than £200 (inc VAT) and £30 per wig (inc VAT) for wigs purchased for more than £200 (inc VAT). These orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse without incurring this fee.

  1. Returns for Jon Renau are not accepted
  2. All wigs are checked prior to being packaged and dispatched by both the manufacturer and Valentine Wigs
  3. Returns must be in the original packaging with tags.  The tags must not be removed when you are trying a wig on.   If tags are cut, removed or retied on, then a refund will not be issued.
  4. Packaging must be in original condition and not taped in any way.
  5. The wig or hairpiece must be neatly placed back in the box – exactly as you received it.
    The wig or hairpiece must not smell of tobacco, food, perfume or any other strong smell.
  6. The wig must arrive back at Valentine Wigs within 14 days of being delivered to you or the first attempt at delivery, whichever is the earlier.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days and there will be no refund after this time.
  7. Loyalty points will not be restored for returned orders.
  8. Please note: For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that if you are trying a wig on that you may wish to return, you use a wig cap at all times (wig caps can be purchased on our site or you may use one of your own).
  9. Once your refund request has been accepted, refunds are usually processed within seven days of the returned item received. The timeframe of the funds reaching your bank account vary depending on your provider.
  10. If the product is not received in the same condition it was sent to you there may be a delay before the manufacturer approves or rejects your refund.
  11. Returns should be made using a trackable service at your cost.  Valentine Wigs cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.

For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that you wear a wig cap when you are trying a wig on.  Wig caps can be purchased on our website or you can use one of your own.

We Regret We Cannot Accept Returns For Jon Renau Products, Special Orders, Clearance Products, Eyebrows, Eyelashes Or Accessories.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges)

Valentine Wigs reserve the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.

We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.
