Valentine Wigs Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to branded wigs and hairpieces advertised for sale on genuine UK online wig retailers’ websites only. Clearance sites, auction sites and marketplace sellers are excluded.

The product must be identical, brand new, and supplied by a reputable retailer. The advertised price must be a genuine current selling price and cannot be part of a clearance sale, limited-time promotion, special offer, or other temporary discount.

To qualify for a price match, the retailer must be a genuine UK trading business that dispatches orders from within the UK. We are unable to match prices from overseas retailers or businesses that use a UK registered office or correspondence address without operating a UK-based trading and fulfilment service.

The Best Price Guarantee applies to the product only, not delivery or other services. Best Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher offer.

How it works:

1. The competitor price will be matched against the price you would have paid from Valentine Wigs.
2. The price you pay (the matched price) includes any discount code, promotional voucher, or review voucher applied.
3. Both prices being compared must be on a like-for-like basis and must either both include or both exclude 20% VAT. Any delivery charges must also be included in the comparison.
4. Our Best Price Guarantee applies only to branded wigs and hairpieces from genuine UK online wig retailers. Clearance sites, auction sites, marketplace sellers and accessory-only retailers are excluded.
5. The competitor product must be identical, brand new, currently available, and supplied by a reputable retailer. The retailer must be a genuine UK trading business that dispatches orders from within the UK. We are unable to match prices from overseas retailers or businesses using a UK registered office or correspondence address without operating a UK-based trading and fulfilment service.
6. The competitor price and product must be verified by Valentine Wigs. If the competitor price is part of a special offer or limited promotion, we will review the request and do our best to match it where possible.
7. A confirmed Price Match is the final price you pay. Additional discount coupons or promotional codes cannot be applied to further reduce the matched price.
8. A Price Match can only be offered before an order is placed and cannot be applied retrospectively or backdated.
