How To Create/Amend A VAT Exempt Account

To apply for VAT exemption, please register or log into your account here 

New User

Click New User

Add your email address.

Add the code number sent to your email address.

You will be taken to a 'Thank you for registering' page

If you wish to register for VAT relief, tick the YES option, if not, tick the NO option.

If you have ticked the YES button, you will be taken to a declaration page where you need to tick the option 'I Declare I Wear A Wig for Medical Reasons'

                                                                                                   

Now click the Confirm button.

Your account will now be VAT Relief enabled and any order you place from now on will not have any VAT added (you must be logged in for the system to recognise this).

 

Already Registered & Wish To Amend Your Account

Log in as normal by clicking on the person icon then 'My Account'

Add your email adress

Add the code sent to your email address.

You will be taken to your account profile, showing any orders you may have had.

You can amend your account to have VAT Relief or amend to remove the VAT Relief.

Click on 'VAT Relief'

 

This will take you to the Account Registration Page where you can either add VAT Relief to your account or remove it from your account by clicking on the YES or NO options

If you click on the NO option it will ask you to 'Confirm' then will remove the VAT Relief from your account.

If you click on the YES option it will take you to the Declaration screen.

                                                                                             

Tick the 'I Declare I Wear A Wig For Medical Reasons' option, then the 'Confirm; button and your account will be changed to have VAT Relief from any orders placed after that point. (Remember you will need to be logged in for the system to recognise your account).
