DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK £3.95

  • The delivery charge is a flat rate for as many items you wish to place in your order. 
  • Orders over £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.  
  • You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.
  • If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
  • Orders under £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.
  • Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries we will do our best if this is important to you, for which there may be a small extra charge to cover this service.

  • All orders for delivery outside the UK are sent International tracked.  Timings for delivery will vary.
  • You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.

We stand behind all our products. They are sourced from a selection of the best wig manufacturers in the world! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Valentine Wigs order we offer a full refund excluding the cost of return postage.

All we ask is you return your order in the same condition and packaging we sent it, with all the tags still attached and within fourteen days of it being delivered, or the first attempt of delivery, whichever is the earlier.

NEW TO WIGS?

We recommend visiting a wig shop for first time buyers.  

It is almost impossible to buy a wig or hairpiece online if you are new to wigs.  It is better to visit a wig shop and try a few on.  This way you will be able to ascertain:

  1. Your head size
  2. The most suitable style and length
  3. Cap construction (e.g. wefted, monofilament, hand tied, lace front etc.)
  4. Good matching colour(s)

 

Buying online without any experience can be very frustrating!

We are an online store and not a wig shop.  However, we can help by answering your questions over the telephone or by email.  You will find us very friendly and willing to offer independent advice.

 

RETURNS CONDITIONS:



 

For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that you wear a wig cap when you are trying a wig on.  Wig caps can be purchased on our website or you can use one of your own.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Returns must be in the original packaging with tags.  The tags must not be removed when you are trying a wig on.  If tags are removed or re-tied on then a refund will not be issued.
  • Packaging must be in original condition and not taped in any way.
  • The wig or hairpiece must be neatly placed back in the box – exactly as you received it.
  • The wig or hairpiece must not smell of tobacco, food, perfume or any other strong smell.
  • The wig must arrive at Valentine Wigs within 14 days of being delivered to you or the first attempt at delivery, whichever is the earlier.  No returns accepted after 14 days and there will be no refund after this time.
  • NO RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, SPECIAL ORDERS, EYEBROWS, EYELASHES OR ACCESSORIES.

Valentine Wigs reserve the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.

Returns must use a trackable service.  We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.
