Returns Request

We no longer ask you to complete this form, if you need to return an item, you can easily submit a return request through our self-serve returns portal, from within your account, in 'Orders'

Before You Start

Please make sure:

  • Your order is within our returns period, see our Returns Policy
  • The item is unused and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Your wig should be returned in new condition with tags intact & within 14 days of its delivery.

How To Request Your Return

1.  Log in to Your Customer Account

Visit our website and log in to your customer account using the email address used when placing your order. You can log in to your account here:  Account Login 

2.  Open Your Order

Once logged in:

  1. Go to 'My Orders' (this can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website - the person icon)
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return

3.  Start a Return Request

Click the 'Request Return' button.

4 – Select the Item(s)

Choose:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The quantity
  • Your reason for return

If you wish to exchange your item for another item or request store credit, add your request to the notes section.

5 – Submit Your Request

Click 'Submit Request'.

You will then receive confirmation that your return request has been submitted.

What Happens Next?

Once your request has been reviewed:

Once logged in:

  1. Go to 'My Orders' (this can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website - the person icon)
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return

Once your request has been reviewed:

  • Our customer service team will review your request.

If approved, you will receive an approved email:

  • Return instructions
  • A return address

Returning Your Item

Please package your item securely and follow the return instructions provided on the leaflet that came with your order. Your wig should be returned in new condition with tags intact & within 14 days of its delivery.

We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any parcel.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Refund times can vary depending on your payment provider

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Certain items may be excluded from returns; these include Clearance & Accessories.
  • Returns submitted outside the return period may not be accepted.

The returns policy is not meant as a preview service and we reserve the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return orders.  Alternatively, read our information page called New to Wigs? or contact us for help.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of the returned item being received but please allow up to 14 days. The timeframe of the funds reaching your bank account may vary depending on your provider.

If the product is not received back in the same condition in which it was sent to you, there may be an additional delay before any refund can be approved.
