Shipping

All our parcels are sent discreetly packaged. You can be assured that we carefully protect your privacy when you receive our products.

There is no mention of wigs on the outside of our parcels. 

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

• The delivery charge is FREE for orders over £100. 
• For orders under £100 there is a flat rate of £4.95 for as many items you wish to place in your order.
• Once we receive your order from the manufacturer it will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked & signed for..  
• You will be emailed within two working days of your order with an expected dispatch date.
• If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
• Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries we will do our best if this is important to you, for which there may be a small extra charge to cover this service.

UK Orders: please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE UK

We do not ship to India, Thailand, Africa & Middle East.  Shipping to the USA has been suspended due to the uncertainty of tariffs.

• Ireland:  Royal Mail £15.95 
• Rest of EU (Excluding Malta, Cyprus, Montenegro, Italy, Sweden), Germany, Luxembourg & Denmark): Royal Mail Economy (10 - 60 Business Days) £20.95. Courier (3 - 17 Business Days no insurance) £52.95 for orders below £300 only. Courier (3 - 17 Business Days with insurance) £72.95 for orders £300 and above.
• Malta, Cyprus & Montenegro: £69.95. or all orders (no insurance). Contact Us for 'with insurance' quote.
• Sweden: £62.95 for all orders (no insurance). Contact Us for 'with insurance' quote.
• Italy:  Standard International By Courier £52.95. Express International By Courier £62.95
• Germany, Luxembourg & Denmark: Courier (3 - 17 Business Days no insurance) £52.95 for orders below £300 only. Courier (3 - 17 Business Days with insurance) £72.95 for orders £300 and above.
  
• Australia, Canada & New Zealand: Royal Mail (10 - 60 Business Days) £29.95
• The product price excludes Tax, Customs and Local Border Handling Charges (you will be responsible for paying these yourself within your own country).
• UK VAT tax is no longer charged for orders outside the UK
• Orders are sent International tracked, maximum weight 2kg. Timings for delivery will vary.
• You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.
• If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
• We are not licensed to export liquids e.g. shampoo outside the UK.
   

EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges).
