MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and JCB.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We recommend visiting a wig shop for first time buyers.  

It is almost impossible to buy a wig or hairpiece online if you are new to wigs.  It is better to visit a wig shop and try a few on.  This way you will be able to ascertain your head size as well as determing the most suitable style and colour.  Buying online without any experience can be very frustrating.  

We are an online store and not a wig shop.  However, we have a consultation room available and can order up to four wigs of your choice to try.  The consultation fee is £48 for an hour, which is fully refundable against your first order.

 

VERY IMPORTANT

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
· The identification of a pricing or product description error
· Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions

 

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

If you wish to pay by cheques, please contact us in advance.  Orders will only be shipped once the cheque payment has cleared. Cheques should be made out to SKILLEN TRAINING LTD. Valentine Wigs is wholly owned by Skillen Training Ltd and we retain this name to provide complete discretion for all your purchases.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

All our parcels are sent discreetly packaged. You can be assured that we carefully protect your privacy when you receive our products.

 

Delivery within the UK £3.95

Orders over £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.  It usually takes between 2 -5 working days to dispatch your order.  

Orders under £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries we will do our best if this is important to you, for which there may be a small extra charge to cover this service.

 

Delivery within Europe £10.95

All orders are sent International tracked.  

 

Delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand £15.95

All orders are sent International tracked. 

 

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We use SagePay and PayPal for all onlline transactions to give you maximum security.

We stand behind all our products. They are sourced from a selection of the best wig manufacturers in the world! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Valentine Wigs order we offer a full refund excluding the cost of return postage.

Send an email to sales@valentinewigs.co.uk, give us a call on 01772 620040 or just shoot us a message using the chat feature on our website. All we ask is you return your order in the same condition we sent it, with all the tags still attached and within 14 days of it being delivered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:

For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that you wear a wig cap when you are trying a wig on.  Wig caps can be purchased on our website or you can use one of your own.

Returns must be in the original packaging with tags.  The tags must not be removed when you are trying a wig on.  If tags are removed then a refund will not be issued.

The wig or hairpiece must not smell of tobacco, food, perfume or any other strong smell.

The wig must arrive at Valentine Wigs within 14 days of being delivered to you.  No returns accepted after 14 days and there will be no refund after this time.

No returns for international orders outside Europe, Special orders, Eyebrows, Eyelashes. Moustaches, Beards or Accessories.

Valentine Wigs reserve the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.

Returns must use a trackable service.  We cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.
