All our parcels are sent discreetly packaged. You can be assured that we carefully protect your privacy when you receive our products.
There is no mention of wigs on the outside of our parcels.
We trade under the name of Skillen Training Ltd t/a Valentine, the first line of our senders address.
Here is a short summary of how we dispatch your order:
- When we receive your order from the manufacturer we check and discreetly package it.
- There is nothing on the outside of the package to suggest there is a wig or hairpiece inside.
- We operate under the company name Skillen Training Limited trading as Valentine. This is to
protect your privacy. - Each day all parcels that are ready for dispatch will be collected by Royal Mail or a courier.
UK Orders: please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.
EU and International Orders: please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which may be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges).
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK £3.95
- The delivery charge is FREE for orders over £100 inc VAT.
- For orders under £100 inc VAT there is a flat rate of £3.95 for as many items you wish to place in your order.
- Orders over £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
- Orders under £50 in value are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.
- You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
- Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries we will do our best if this is important to you, for which there may be a small extra charge to cover this service.
Please note (UK): For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that if you are trying a wig on that you may wish to return, you use a wig cap at all times (wig caps can be purchased on our site here [accessories] or you may use one of your own).
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
- Shipping prices for Europe are £10.95. Shipping prices for International are £15.95. The product price excludes any Tax, Customs and Local Border Handling Charges due within your own country (you will be responsible for paying these yourself).
- UK VAT tax is no longer charged for orders outside the UK
- Orders are sent International tracked, maximum weight 2kg. Timings for delivery will vary.

This applies to branded hairpiece/wigs for sale in any UK online wig website store only (excluding clearance and auction sites). The product must be identical, new & from a reputable supplier. The product price guarantee can only be verified if it is not in a sale, or being offered as a limited promotion.
The Best Price Guarantee applies to the product only, not delivery or other services. Best Price Guarantee can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher offer.
How it works:
- The competitor price is matched against the price you will have paid Valentine Wigs.
- The price you pay (the matched price) includes any discount code and/or review voucher applied.
- Both matched prices must either include or exclude 20% VAT and include delivery cost
- Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor clearance / sale items or accessories.
- The product & price needs to be verified by Valentine Wigs. If the competitor price is a special offer or sale price, we will do our best to match this.

Colour Ring Loan Programme
Valentine Wigs’ know how difficult it is to find your perfect colour. With so many new colours and shades being added across a range of different collections, it really is hard to make the right choice. We wish to help make this process a bit easier for you with our colour sample ring, loan scheme.
This allows you to loan a colour ring of your choice with these few steps:
- Firstly, select the colour ring of your choice and add it to your basket, then purchase as you would any wig or accessory. We will then post the colour ring out to you.
- Use the colour ring to make an informed choice for your next purchase.
- When we receive the colour ring back in good condition, with all the swatches intact, we will refund your loan, excluding all postage costs.*
- Should you wish to keep the colour ring? Just keep it past the 10 days and we will consider it purchased.
* Shipping fees are non refundable and all colour rings must be sent back in original manufacturer condition. All colour rings are accessories.

If you are not sure what to order we strongly advise you visit a wig shop to determine which wig is best for you before buying online.
NEW TO WIGS?
We strongly recommend visiting a wig shop for first time buyers.
It is almost impossible to buy a wig or hairpiece online if you are new to wigs. It is better to visit a wig shop and try a few on. This way you will be able to ascertain:
- Your head size
- The most suitable style and length
- Cap construction (e.g. wefted, monofilament, hand tied, lace front etc.)
- Good matching colour(s)
Buying online without any experience can be very frustrating!
We are an online store and not a wig shop. However, we can help by answering your questions over the telephone or by email. You will find us very friendly and willing to offer independent advice.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions of our return policy below.
For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that you wear a wig cap when you are trying a wig on. Wig caps can be purchased on our website or you can use one of your own.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:
- Returns for Ellen Wille and Gisela Mayer - each product will incur a £14.40 (inc VAT) restocking fee due to their costs of shipping to and from the EU.
- Returns for Jon Renau are not accepted.
- All wigs are checked prior to being packaged and dispatched by both the manufacturer and Valentine Wigs.
- Returns must be in the original packaging with tags. The tags must not be removed when you are trying a wig on. If tags are cut, removed or retied on, then a refund will not be issued.
- Packaging must be in original condition and not taped in any way.
- The wig or hairpiece must be neatly placed back in the box – exactly as you received it.
- The wig or hairpiece must not smell of tobacco, food, perfume or any other strong smell.
- The wig must arrive at Valentine Wigs within 14 days of being delivered to you or the first attempt at delivery, whichever is the earlier. No returns accepted after 14 days and there will be no refund after this time.
- Loyalty points will not be restored for returned orders.
- UK Orders: please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.
- EU and International Orders: please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges).
- NO RETURNS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM, SPECIAL ORDERS, EYEBROWS, EYELASHES OR ACCESSORIES.
Valentine Wigs reserve the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.
Returns must use a trackable service. We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product. After 30 days, you will not be entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.
Wigs are perishable products, even if they are not worn regularly. Your warranty is for 30 days, we cannot repair or replace after this time.
Do not return a faulty product until you have received an authorisation code in advance.
Wigs claimed to be faulty are forwarded to the manufacturer’s quality control manager for inspection. No refund will be issued unless the manufacturer agrees that the product is faulty.
The manufacturer’s decision is final.
If the manufacturer decides the wig is not faulty, there will be no refunds and the costs for return (plus customs duties in the case of international orders) must be paid for in advance.
