Recent Changes At Valentine Wigs
We are currently in a transition period at Valentine Wigs. There have been many exciting new changes going on behind the scenes, we have been moving to a new premises along with creating a new web-platform which will be even more user friendly!! We want to take the opportunity to apologise to our customers if our communication has not been as speedy as usual.
We are hoping that we will be back to normal working order within the next 2 weeks. During this time we may be unable to answer phone calls, if you urgently need to speak to us please drop us a line at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can. We will probably only be able to communicate via email for this short period of time.
For phone orders we politely ask our customers to complete their orders on the website rather than over the phone, if you do struggle at any point with this please send us an email and we will endeavour to help as best we can.
Please note these changes should not affect your expected dispatch dates, we are still working hard to dispatch your orders without delay. We do apologise if you have experienced any delays and assure you that we will have an update to you by the end of this week if this is the case.
We would like to thank you for your ongoing patience. It is a big step and a very exciting one for us and we would like to extend our thanks to you all for bearing with us while we get back to a normal working order.
