Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance
of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been
made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer
able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change
of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
Â· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Â· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
Â· The identification of a pricing or product description error
Â· Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions
Payment by Cheque
Orders will only be shipped once the cheque payment has cleared.
Delivery is charged at Â£3.95. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We regret we are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries. Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.
Back Orders If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from

Returns Policy If goods received are faulty, we will refund you in full. If you have any problems with your order, please call 01273 733573 between Monday to Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. We will investigate and respond to any complaints within five working days. All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled. Any item returned smelling of tobacco or perfume will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Hairpieces that have been attached to the hair in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All returns must be completed within 7 days from receipt of your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone upon receipt of your wig/hairpiece if you require a refund or exchange. You MUST inform us if you are returning your order. Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with hang tags hair nets and all packaging.
You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs and items MUST be returned using Royal Mail FIRST CLASS recorded delivery.
